Harry Kane and Dele Alli should both be fit by early March, according to reports, making it a fairly strong possibility that both could face Arsenal next month.

The Daily Telegraph wrote in their Wednesday edition that Tottenham are ‘confident’ that both Kane and Alli will be back by the time Mauricio Pochettino’s side face Borussia Dortmund for the second leg of their Champions League tie next month.

In Kane’s case, a full recovery is expected much sooner than that, with the possibility he faces Burnley in Spurs’ next Premier League game. For Alli, the likelihood is that he plays his first game back in March.

Tottenham’s result against Dortmund on Wednesday, a 3-0 win, may spell trouble for Arsenal though. Pochettino no longer has to worry about saving his players for the Champions League clash, because there’s little to no chance even Spurs could mess up that kind of lead.

Instead, the likes of Kane, Alli and the rest of his first-choice eleven can be risked in the league against Arsenal. It’s not exactly a surprise to see Tottenham players making early returns against The Gunners.

Hopefully, it will just make it even sweeter when Unai Emery’s side get a result on the 2nd March.
